Improvisation Exchange is an artist-led group organising regular movement based improvisation workshops. 
​The group has run since 2008.

Every month a different experienced improviser leads the session sharing creative skills through different improvisational approaches.

This is followed by an open space to jam and play.

Workshop 11:30am - 1:30pm
Jam 1:30pm - 3:00pm

The workshops take place at Northern School of Contemporary Dance.
